Returns and Exchange

  • We at the Kadambari store do not entertain returns. As a customer-friendly company, we ensure that all our customers get the very best of service and products. We ensure that every product at the time of dispatch matches exactly the order specifications and the product description to ensure customer satisfaction. With our quality packing, we ensure that the item is delivered to the customer without any damage.

  • However once purchased merchandise can be exchanged only if it’s delivered damaged. In such a case, we offer store credit, which can be used later or sent to another item in exchange.

  • The imperfection and unevenness in the beauty and unique characteristics of handloom sarees and handmade items. However, in case any item is found defective upon receipt; the customer has to intimate us by email or phone call, or Whatsapp. In such case, Kadambari Store should be notified of the exchange within two (2) days of receipt of the merchandise by sending an e-mail with a description of the defect with a photograph to kadambaristore14@gmail.com or by a phone call – 9741159486 / 8618305499. Please mention the order number in the e-mail or call to process it quickly.

  • We will then send a confirmation e-mail update if the return can be accepted. After which the merchandise should be sent (and received by) to us within ten (10) days for shipments outside India, and within five (5) days for shipments within India.

  • If the exchanged merchandise is of higher value, the difference in amount will have to be borne by the customer. In the event the exchanged merchandise is of lesser value, Kadambari Store will issue a credit note against the balance amount which can be used later.

  • To accept exchange please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and the tag is intact

  • Sarees ordered with fall and pico, or the blouse cut cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Products should be folded to the original fold and packed in received condition.

  • No exchange can be done on customized products.

  • Products under the sale tag are not eligible for exchange or return

  • The Amount eligible for exchange or store credit will be only for the products and not for the shipping charges.

  • The return shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer.

  • Customers opting for exchange should ensure that the merchandise reaches safely and the mode of transport opted by the customer must bear it at their own risk

  • Any returned merchandise will be inspected upon receipt by Kadambari Store and a determination made as to the cause of the defect.

  • Please ensure the merchandise is well packed to ensure the merchandise is not damaged in transit. Please take the package to your postal carrier and mail it to the following address.
